Nevertheless, the revolution has not reached a saturation point, but continues to accelerate. In earlier years, informatization seemed to be a problems of technological innovations, but today it has changed to an social problem essentially. For this reason, we must summarize the whole process of the information age histrically. First, the process should be divided into different stages from the social points of view. Secondly, every stage should be characterized socially and histrically. Among various aspects of the information age, the qualitative changes of the labor process, occurring with the advancement of the information age, is one of the most essencial points. In this paper, we characterize the labor process and labor organization in every stage including the present one, and discuss the economical situations and the managerial problems that have required the introduction of the new technology and the change of labor.
