@article{oai:kansai-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00014740, author = {熊野, 建}, issue = {1}, journal = {関西大学社会学部紀要}, month = {Oct}, note = {Based on approaches and analyses through marginal foods and social groups by Wilk (2012) and Finnis (2012) , I shall attempt to summerize main points of their arguments, especially the former who concerned with Bourdieu's studies of tastes [1984], in order to develop some ideas to apply them into Japanese society in this paper. Wilk focused upon tastes and distastes, likes or dislikes of 28 selected foods, and made them into 4 cells of matrix (orthodox, heterodox, doxa and indifference) to explain Belize societies, Central America; Mestizo, Creole, indigenous peoples, urban or rural inhabitants but they are all newly independent nationals as well. The situations and divisions of ethnic groups in Belize are totally different from so called homogeneous Japanese society. Since the latter seems to have more cultural diversities influenced by globalization, sometimes renders chaotic situations of foodways in it, there are some difficulties to select specific foods for an enquiry so that I orally asked students attended to one of classes in Kansai University as a presurvey to write down names which foods they think of as high cuisine (Gochisou) , ordinary foods or marginal ones for them without no limits or conditions. Cultural diversities of foods and its practices surrounding around modern Japanese are shown at first from the result of students' tastes or distastes mentioned above. There are still too many problems to make a new adequite research plan now; the series of 3 categories must be included into 4 cells as Wilk did, some foods may be categorized into orthodox that might begin to become heterodox or decrease cultural value, otherwise, doxa or indifference at last. If possible, I would like to nominate some typical foods for sets of choices so as to prepare in conducting a new research work in near future., まず本稿では、Wilk (2012年) とFinnis (2012年) が行った周辺的な食べ物と社会集団への探求と分析に基づき、その議論の内容をまず要約し、特に前者が嗜好についてBourdieu [1984] の研究に寄せる関心に合わせ、いくつかの理念を発展的に日本社会に適用することを目的とする。ウィルクは28品目の食品について嗜好と反感、好みと嫌悪に焦点をあて、それらを4つのマトリクス(正統、異端、ドクサと無関心)におさめ中央アメリカのベリーズ社会を説明する。メスティーソとクレオール、先住民、都市住民と農民だが、結局、彼らは同時に新興に独立した国民でもある。ベリーズにおける民族集団の状況と分断は、日本のようないわゆる同質的とされる社会とは大いに異なる。後者の社会はグローバル化の影響で文化的多様性に富み、時に食の文化状況は無秩序的な状況にあるため、調査を実施するに際し特定の食物を選ぶのに困難がある。そこで前調査として2018年度春学期、関西大学における授業を利用し学生たちに、彼らがご馳走(高度な料理)と普通の食事、周辺的とする食べ物を自由に記述させた。現代日本人を取りまく食べ物とともに食習慣の文化的多様性を、まず学生たちの嗜好と嫌悪の結果から取りあげた。今もなお正確な調査計画をたてるにはいくつもの問題が残る。例えば上に述べた3範疇をウィルクの説く4つのマトリクスにおさめねばならず、当初は正統と見なされた食べ物が異端となり文化的価値を落とし、やがてはドクサや無関心に落ち着く過程を見越さなければならない。もし可能であれば、近い将来新たな調査の実施にそなえ選択肢をもうけるために典型的な食べ物を選んでおきたい。}, pages = {55--72}, title = {現代日本の食事事情に関する文化動態の素描 : 周辺的な食物の視点と予備調査から}, volume = {51}, year = {2019} }
