 note = {In this paper, logical analyzing and comparing among the originated concepts of words, for example, ANZEN (Japanese), safety (English), security (English) and other relating words, we shall clarify that there is an adequate concept of which is contained in a Japanese word ANZEN received from a Chinese concept, but not be contained in those English words such as safety or security. This is expressed as a word of holonomy, in newly coined English word. "Holo-(Greek holó) contained in holonomy means a unit and not construction consisted of material parts, and "-nomy" (Greek–nómos) means managing, regulating. The concept of holonomy will assist those who must make thoughtful and thorough considerations for maintaining of social confidence and trust.},
