This paper reviews briefly on the global current development in international education, particularly focusing on various aspects encompassing internationalization of curriculum in the home institution. Establishment of the EMI (English Mediated Instruction) programs is certainly an important step forward for internationalization at home ( as known as "IaH"). Yet still, the paper argues that faculty should be acknowledged as the stakeholders who are most responsible for internationalizing the curriculum. The latter half of this paper reports on some of the faculty development/ professional development endeavor which Kansai University has worked on just recently and it also provides some future plan for more opportunities for faculties and staffs on campus to see and fee that IaH is an important agenda for their own career development., 研究ノート}, pages = {115--119}, title = {関西大学における国際教育カリキュラムを担う教職員のFD/PD}, volume = {7}, year = {2016} }
