| 内容記述 | Hattori Unokichi （1867-1939 ） was an active sinologist from the late Meiji to the early Shōwa Period who advocated the thoughts of Confucian Society, emphasizing the importance of Confucianism rituals. In his late years, Hattori published a significant thesis Addenda and Amendments of Zheng Xuan’s Annotation for Ceremonial Rituals, for he considered rituals to be the most essential means to disseminate Confucianism doctrine. However, partly because Hattori lived in an era only about a hundred years ago, few researches on him have been done and up to now, Hachiya Kunio is the only one who has ever written a thesis on Hattori’s research of Ceremonial Rituals. Therefore, focusing on Hattori’s Addenda and Amendments of Zheng Xuan’s Annotation for Ceremonial Rituals III which was published in 1933, this thesis aims at revealing what point of view Hattori had held towards Confucianism rituals. | |||||
