| 内容記述 | Former researches indicated that Utagawa Kuniyoshi works had been adopted the Western-style painting representation. In addition, Iconography in these works is similar to the copperplate print and the illustration in western book was revealed by recent studies. However researches had not pursuit of these of the point, why did Kuniyoshi adopt the Western-style painting representation in his works. When he adapt to his works from iconography of the Western book, he is incoorporate into his works and them arrange. Therefore, this essay focuses on Western-style painting representation, in particularly the techniques of perspective and chiaroscuro in his works. With this, it is possible to suggest that the Western-style painting representation of kuniyoshi is conscious to realism, additionally attempt to describe the new representation. | |||||
