 note = {The late Qing Dynasty produced the medal constitution. The medal is a product by the Eastward Dissemination of Western Learning, to break the original system of the canonization of East Asia. Especially for foreigners medals, It has positive significance and function in modern history. The medal system of the late Qing Dynasty was created in its communication with the outside world in order to reward the foreigners with a fine record of service to China.
