| 内容記述 | One of the characteristic is realistic character paintings in Series: Portraits of Faithful Samurai of True Loyalty [Seichu gishi shozo] by UTAGAWA Kuniyoshi. This series has been pointed out that realistic description, but it has not mention of how form Kuniyoshi's realistic depiction. This essay focuses on Series of Seichu gishi shozo and portrait paintings in Japan, China and Korea early-modern times，and find out the distinctive expressions. With this, it is possible to suggest a sense of realism that Kuniyoshi intended in this series. |
