(Person-Centered Education) について、メタ分析により実証的な研究を行なっているCornelius (2007) の論文を紹介し、その上でPCEの成果と課題に関して若干の考察を述べる。PCEとは、Person-Centered Approachを創始したCarl Rogersの理論と研究から発展した教育論とその実践である。日本の教育現場でも受容や共感を中心とした Rogersの教育論は広く浸透しており、近年では「カウンセリング・マインド」という言葉が生まれ、教師がカウンセラーのような役割を果たすことが期待されてきた。しかし、野口 (2015) は、日本の教育現場ではRogersの中核3条件のうち、教師の「一致」という側面が欠落してしまったために、Rogersの理論が十分に反映されなかったことを示唆している。一方でCornelius (2007) は、PCEに関する研究についてのメタ分析を行なっており、実証的な観点から PCEの有用性を主張している。しかし、Cornelius (2007) の研究結果では、教師の「一致」が子どもの肯定的な成果とほとんど関連していないことが示されている。そこで本論文では、PCEにおける教師の「一致」についてその理論的背景と重要性を再検討し、教師の「一致」についての実践と研究上の課題を考察した。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"特集
