E.のヘルビング・スキル理論をもとに論考した。インテーカーとしては、クライエント理解に必要な情報を捉えるために何に注目するべきかといった枠組を念頭に置きつつ、クライエントの中で安心感や受け止めてもらえているという感覚が生じ、自分なりにできるだけ問題を振り返って話せたと感じられるように話を聴いていくことが大切であろう。そのことによってHill, C.
