The result of Study 1 revealed that exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of 16 items of the state during recollection showed five factor structures (perceptual vividness/verbal details / sense of re-experience /emotional intensity/emotional valence). The result of Study 2 revealed that the comparison of subjective properties during recollection of positive, negative and neutral events showed that almost all properties of positive events were significantly higher than those\nof negative or neutral events.
