内容記述 A production process for metal oxide powders was developed using a solvent extraction method. Versatic Acid 10 and D2EHPA solutions containing copper, zinc and nickel were used for a precipitation-stripping process, where oxalic acid was added to the solution as a precipitation reagent.
Copper, zinc and nickel oxalates were easily formed in an aqueous phase, and
99.9% of precipitation was obtained for each metal during this process. These metal oxalates were easily converted to metal oxides by calcination in air at low temperatures of 300℃~450℃. The particle size of the metal oxide powders was measured with a laser scattering particle size distribution analyzer, and their average diameters were found to be under 5μm. The shape and size of the metal powders produced by this process were confirmed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM). Alloy powders, whose composition is copper:zinc:nickel=60:20:20, seem promising as a new material. The mixed metal powders
produced from the mixed organic phase containing Cu,Zn and Ni were satisfactory for the composition of copper:zinc:nickel=60:20:20.
