供給有機相中のチタン濃度5g/dm3の条件で行った.逆抽出工程のシミュレーションは, 逆抽出段数6~10段, 相比 (A/O) 0.66~1.33, 供給水相中のチタン濃度0g/dm3, 供給有機相中のチタン濃度20g/dm3の条件で行った.解析の結果, 抽出工程では相比0.8, 抽出段数4段の条件が望ましいことがわかった.この条件で, 最終段での出口有機相中のチタン濃度は21.6g/dm3, 最終段での出口水相中のチタン濃度は0.207g/dm3となり, 総括抽出率は99.0%であった.逆抽出工程では, 相比1.0, 逆抽出段数10段の条件が望ましいことがわかった.この条件では, 最終段での出口有機相中のチタン濃度は4.6g/dm3, 最終段での出口水相中のチタン濃度は15.4g/dm3となり,
