Six interviews were held in two groups. Each group had three members，two were graduate students and one was their supervisor，and they were interviewed separately. All graduate students in this research have also full time jobs. They regard graduate school education as an occasion to learn practical knowledge and they are hopeful of finding a solution to problems they have faced in their job experiences. The only way to educate them is making themselves engaged in research，not learning.
