 note = {The object of my research as a researcher in Japan for the fiscal year 2008 was to enhance
my understanding of children’s literature and picturebooks. The research project consisted of two components: one was to widen my knowledge of this area of study through
communication with the specialists at Baika Women’s University, and the other was to
research on the illustrations used for picturebooks by visiting museums specializing in picturebooks located in Japan. This paper reports the outcome of the latter, which involved visits to 62 institutions. 2008年度、国内研究員に任命された筆者は、絵本・児童文学の研究をテーマとして、梅花女子大学においてこれらの分野の研究を進めると同時に、国内における絵本美術館・児童文学館を踏査するという一年間の計画を立てた。この報告は、絵本美術館・児童文学館の踏査の成果の一部を公開するものである。訪問したすべての機関を数えると、のべ62件に達した。ここでは、絵本・児童文学に直接関わるもののみを取り上げることにした。参考として、全訪問機関を別表に挙げる。, 研究展望},
