Empowering Generalist Approach and Resource Development エンパワメント指向のジェネラリスト実践と社会資源開発 狭間, 香代子 45027 70331733 関西大学 Kansai University The purpose of this paper is to examine roles of social worker in resource development for clients. Miley, K.K. and other authors argue the roles of social worker in the empowerment approach in generalist social work practice. This paper reviews the approach of MiLey & others and points out the importance of alliance to generate resources.
