旅行経験についての評価と満足 : 「旅行者行動の心理学」に向けて (7) Tourist Evaluation of and Satisfaction with Travel Experiences : Toward the Psychology of Tourist Behavior (7) 佐々木, 土師二 旅行経験 旅行後の評価と満足 期待と満足の機能的関係 旅行経験の本物性 演出された本物性 tourist experience tourist evaluation of travel activity tourist satisfaction psychological relationship of expectation and satisfaction authenticity of tourist experience staged authenticity 関西大学 Kansai University 旅行プロセスでの活動･経験についての旅行後の総括的印象（評価，満足）に関して，多面的な経験内容に関する調査分析と因子分析的研究の事例が考察され，また，旅行における期待と満足の機能的関係に関する概念モデルが検討された。さらに「旅行の社会学」の領域で関心を集めている旅行経験の「本物性」に関する論議が概観され，その実証分析の試みが紹介された。今後の課題として，総括的印象の形成メカニズム，評価･満足次元の一般化の方法， 「本物性」についてのアプローチの方向，などが論じられた。 Some research surveys on tourists' evaluation of their on-site activities in travel desitinations are reviewed and a few examples of factor analytical study of tourist satisfaction with their travel experiences are discussed. Conceptual models of the psychological relationships between expectation and satisfaction of tourists are considered.
