食品企業のコンプライアンス Compliance of food enterprises 佐藤, 督 Compliance demand of society corporate social responsibility risk communication food mislabeling scandal food safety voluntary recall 関西大学 Kansai University Recently, the corporate scandal comes one after another in the food industry. They destroyed so called the Japanese legend of safety and security on food. However, the health hazard by scandals is not caused. We need to think about "the compliance" that doesn't cause the scandal, and "the reason" why the problem had grown so much.
