現代社会のストレス実態 An Analysis of Stress in Post-industrial Urban Society : Some findings from the opinion research on urbanite stre 岡田, 至雄 ストレス ストレッサー ストレス症状 ストレス組 非ストレス組 ストレス無し組 ストレスコントロール レジャー効用論 stress stressor stress syndrome stress group stressless group non stress group stress control On leisure utility for stress dissolution 関西大学 Kansai University 現代社会を簡単にストレス社会であると決めつける風潮があるが，ストレスはなにも現代社会に固有の現象ではない。ストレスは現代以前の社会でも存在したし，その意味では現代以前にストレス社会は存在し得なかったという主旨で現代をストレス社会と呼ぶのであれば問題であろう。ただ，現代社会が，現代に固有のストレッサーによって誘発される脱工業化社会型のストレスに蝕ばまれたユニークで新しいストレス社会だという意味で，現代をストレス社会と特定化するのであれば問題はない。現代社会に固有のストレス現象とは何か。ストレッサー→ストレス→ストレス症状という分析図式を適用しながら，現代都市人のストレス状況に実証的に迫り，その実態と問題点を探る。 This is a trial work for explaining stress phenomenon in contemporary urban society. For making actural stress state clear, we carried out sampling research in the middle part of April, 1988. A guestionnaire on "Stress and Leisure" was administered to 447 adult urbanites in Kinki district by means of leaving method. Our fundamental frame to analyze stress state follows in H. Selye's step, especially "stressor-stress-stress syndrome" composition.
