          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">仕事生活と仕事を離れた生活のバランスーワーク・ライフ･バランスーヘの関心が高まりつつある。また、情報機器の発達が仕事のあり方を大きく変えつつある。こうした動向は、従来の働き方とは異なる、時間と空間を共有しない働き方への要求を強めることとなる。しかし、今回行ったホワイトカラー行動調査の結果を見る限り、それを実践することはまだまだ難しそうである。そうした働き方を実践するためには、組織全体の時間に対する意識を高めることやそれに適した仕事を判別しその仕事からまず変えていくことが必要となる｡</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">There has recently been much interest in work-life-balanced working styles. The development of information technologies has also changed working styles. Work patterns in which time and space are not shared by employees is possible under these movements. But, judging from the author's research results, it seems to be difficult to introduce new work patterns. In order to realize new working styles, it is necessary to be keenly aware of how precious time is in our working life.</datacite:description>
