          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">近年､こころの問題に対する接近法は『疾病生成志向』から『健康生成志向』への転換がはかられている。この観点から、寺嶋ら（2002）は子どもの不適応行動の予防に有用な健康教育の方法について検討し、統合的ストレス・マネジメント教育の指導案の開発と実践を行ってきた。本研究では小学校3年生を対象に、11週間にわたって本指導案の実践を行ったので、経過を報告するとともに本指導案の有用性や改善点について検討した。本授業終了後、ストレスの用語を用いて話をしたり、休み時間にリラクセーシヨン法の練習をしたりする児童がみられるようになった。またリラクセーション法を利用すると、児童が騒いでいても短時間のうちに、クラスの落ち着きを取り戻すことができ、クラス運営の円滑化にも寄与する傾向が認められた。なお感受性訓練では、実施方法の説明が抽象的で技法も複雑であり、低学年の児童には不向きであった。また学習したソーシャル・スキルの定着をはかるためには、適度な退行により児童相互の交流が活性化しやすい技法、例えばグループ・コラージュなどを、今後、導入するのがよいと考えられる。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">Recently, approaches for the problems of mind have changed to "salutogenic orientation" from "pathogenic orientation". From these view points, Terashima et al. (2002) developed the Education Program for Integrated Stress Management in Children with four stages. The 11 lessons based on this program were carried out with third grade elementary school students. The purpose of this study is to consider the usefulness of this program, and how to improve it. After these lessons, several students were used to converse using many words on stress, and exercised the relaxation method during recess. A home-room teacher reported that she was more easily able to manage her classes than previously. When stress management education is carried out in low grade schoolchildren, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points. First, it is difficult for them to learn sensitivity training because it is so complicated that they are not able to understand how to exercise. Second, techniques which promote friendship, like the group collage technique, are useful to practice and affirm the basic social skills learned in previous lessons.</datacite:description>
