| 内容記述 | Taking the first step in clarifying the relationship between university education and working life, interviews and a questionnaire survey were conducted to examine how the working people recognize the effect of university education on their way of working. Those surveyed, who mainly have been working for over 20 consecutive years, view university education as the base of their perspective and attitude. The possibility that perception of the effect of university education may vary depending on length of service is also suggested. 大学教育と職業生活との関係を明らかにするための第一歩として、職業に就いている人たちは、大学教育が仕事にどれだけ役立っていると認識しているのかを聞き取り調査と質問票調査で探った。今回は、勤続年数20年程度の人たちを主たる対象としたが、彼（女）らは、ものの見方や考え方を大学教育から学んだと認識していた。大学教育をどう認識するかは、勤続年数によって異なる可能性も示唆された。 | |||||
