| 内容記述 | 観光心理学では、観光者行動だけでなく、観光地域の住民の行動も研究する必要があるが、現状では、ほとんど取り上げられていない。本稿では、外国の文献資料にもとづいて、ツーリズムが地域社会やその住民に及ぼす社会的・文化的インパクトの諸現象を概観した後、地域のツーリズム開発に対する住民の態度の実証分析にもとづく知見を通覧した。この住民態度の把握のためには、標準的態度尺度の構成の必要性が強調され、調査項目の収集が試みられた。さらに、Ap (1992)の論文に依拠して、訪問者と住民の相互作用に関する社会的交換理論による説明と仮説的命題が検討された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the present state of the psychology of tourism, empirical research on the attitudes of residents in tourism areas is seldom engaged. In this paper, the literature on the social and cultural impacts of tourism and on the empirical studies of residents' attitudes toward tourism are surveyed. The need for a standardized psychological scale to measure the residents' attitudes toward tourism was emphasized. As a promising theory to explain the visitor-resident relationship, the social exchange theory was discussed with reference to propositions made by Ap (1992). | |||||
