| 内容記述 | 本稿は，COVID-19パンデミック下におけるテレワークおよびテレワーカーの状況を把握する目的とするオンライン・アンケート調査である．調査の方法としては，オンライン・アンケートを専門とする民間企業に委託して実施結果の報告である．本稿では，テレワークにおける最重要なメリットとデメリットを問うた結果について，テレワーカー全体での単純集計結果，性別および配偶状況とのクロス集計，出勤日の有無および出勤日数とのクロス集計結果を求め，考察を加えている．とりわけ，趣味や娯楽時間や睡眠時間の伸長，業務効率の低下，勤務日数とコミュニケーションの懸念が関係しないことなどの新たな知見が得られたことが本稿の大きな貢献と言える． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study is an online questionnaire survey aimed at understanding the status of telework and teleworkers during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, we examine the responses to the question related to the main advantages and disadvantages of teleworking, the overall results for all teleworkers, cross‒tabulations with gender and marital status, and cross-tabulations with days present or absent, and the number of workdays. The major contribution of this study particularly lies in the new findings on the increase in hobbies, misinterpretation of time and sleep time, decreased work efficiency, and the fact that the number of workdays is unrelated to communication issues. | |||||
