| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on the propagation of the Chinese translation of Toto-Chan: The Little Girl at the Window. The results show that both mainland China and Taiwan tend to emphasize the educational aspect of Toto-Chan: The Little Girl at the Window and at the same time accept it as literature for children. In mainland China, four translations of Toto-Chan: The Little Girl at the Window were already published in 1983, and with the success of the publishing project and the education of the children since 1999, it became even more popular in the early 21st century, resulting in the "Toto-Chan Boom". In Taiwan, however, the "Totto-chan" reading boom has continued from the 1980s to the present. Furthermore, both the mainland and Taiwan have incorporated Toto-Chan: The Little Girl at the Window into their education systems, but the mainland has adopted it as an extracurricular book, while Taiwan has adopted it as a national language textbook. | |||||
