| 内容記述 | To improve the life-saving rate, it is vital to teach the general public how to perform basic life support (BLS), and including substantial lessons on BLS in school education is the best way to achieve this. Thus, we conducted a survey on the present situation of BLS lessons. Our survey results suggested that BLS is not taught sufficiently at school. We also held a BLS workshop for junior and senior high school students. The results of our questionnaire surveys administered before and after the workshop indicated that the educational effect of a BLS lesson is marked. | |||||
