| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify difference of fatigue due to care system of care workers in a special nursing for the elderly. For this purpose, we divided special nursing home for the elderly into three groups, unit care facility (UNIT), semi unit care facility (S-UNIT) and usual facility (USUAL). Subjects were twenty seven care workers from UNIT, thirty five care workers from S-UNIT and twenty six care workers from USUAL. The study was conducted using anonymous self-administered questionnaires, survey of fatigue by subjective symptoms and cumulative fatigue symptoms index (CFSI), between December 2006 and January 2007. The questionnaires consisted of items concerning subject characteristics, break time, awareness for the job and job satisfaction. In the study, survey of fatigue by subjective symptoms and CFSI was conducted using acute fatigue and chronic fatigue, respectively. UNIT was engaging in care work with comfortable than S-UNIT and USUAL. After duty, fatigue by subjective symptoms of UNIT and S-UNIT showed mental work type and a night shift type, USUAL showed usually type. CFSI of USUAL showed strongly complains at a sense of usually fatigue and chronic fatigue. | |||||
