The valuation basis is whether they can be read as texts that are responses to other\u0027s voices and can be sites for creation or change of subjectivities of people. This paper examines some suicide notes written by students who were suffering from \"ijime\" attack by their classmates. Also examined the textbook of Japanese history for middle school students that describes \"sex slaves\" forced by Japanese troops during World War II and that has been harshly criticized by the Japanese right wing. These two kinds of text are on opposite pole from each other because the character of the former is completely private and that of the latter is completely public. In spite of this opposition, both can be read as texts within the same category, because they are both responses to other\u0027s voices and can also be sites for creation or change of subjectivities. In this sense, two stories in which these two texts are included should be taken as \"educational issues\".
