| 内容記述 | The small group activities, implemented by supervisor and principal workers, has been developed to improve safety performances at workplace of the manufacturing industry in Japan stemmed by sophisticated production technology (hereinafter called the traditional safety activity) . The occupational accident rate dramatically dropped to globally excellent level in the 1980's. The risk assessment (RA) has been introduced as an effective tool to improve levelled off work safety performances in the 2000's. In spite of favorable penetration of RA to large factories, it reaches a peak to small and medium factories. The precise and comprehensive RA applied at large factories often does not fit for them due to their limited workforce. By narrowing the number of hazards to be assessed, the RA implemented by the engineer trained as work safety specialist under control of the manager in charge provides available RA to small and medium factories. | |||||
