| 内容記述 | There are two reasons to call car traffic pollution road pollution. The first reason is because the setting and the management of the road produce the serious damage of inhabitants living in the roadside. The second reason is because state and local governments did not recognize the need of the antipollution measure from a road policy. The name of the road pollution has been naming with the intentions to change such a road policy. However, the improvement of the air pollution brings a trend to put road pollution behind and keeps away the change of the road policy. But the road pollution continues now, not in the past. The car exhaust brings adverse effects in the health of the person and causes chronic diseases such as the asthma. We must look the present conditions of the road pollution, and consider a short-term merit and a long-term demerit of the automobilism. Then we should let a road policy reflect it. | |||||
