| 内容記述 | Recently, the corporate scandal comes one after another in the food industry. They destroyed so called the Japanese legend of safety and security on food. However, the health hazard by scandals is not caused. We need to think about "the compliance" that doesn't cause the scandal, and "the reason" why the problem had grown so much. It is understood problems are brain freeze by defending without considering meaning of law, the confusion of the food safety and a sense of security to food, the lack of the mutual trusts between the enterprise and the consumer etc. To solve these problems, the following actions will be required to risk communication. | |||||
