| 内容記述 | In this study, firstly we try to grasp the mental health dysfunction as one of the measure corporate risks from a viewpoint of business risk management theory. Secondly we endeavor to point out the importance to focus mental health issue of SME manager and Sole proprietor that have been neglected from the actual academic tendency to treat the employees only. The framework is based on the theory of Torres' concerning suffering of SME managers. | |||||
