| 内容記述 | People's health and well-being will be at the heart of everything. People's autonomous activity and public health organization supporting people's health is important for safer life of people. Directors of public health will be able to champion local co-operation so that health issues are considered alongside housing, transport, and education. These public health challenges are wide-ranging. Everyone should have services tailored for them, at the right times in their life from the professionals closest to them. Public health organization and system is different among developed countries according to the its administrative system. It is special organization that, for example, seem to be the police, fire office, the Self-Defense Force. To ensure public health is responsive to the different needs of each community, the central government promote to create local freedom, accountability and ring-fenced funding. Local public health leadership and responsibility will be returned to and strengthened within local government. Public health specialist and a local government are the two basic components for people's health. We shall have the education system for professionals on the public health field. | |||||
