It is important to discuss the risk of tsunami damage to sewer systems and to make business continuity plan (BCP) in advance. The purpose of this study is to discuss insufficiency of the BCP and possibility of unassumed tsunami damage in Wajima City. Wajima is facing to the Sea of Japan and assumed possible maximum tsunami inundation by the north offshore Noto earthquake model. The overground modelling uses elevation and road information data, and the underground modelling uses sewer system data, such as size and location of manholes, and length, depth, and gradient of pipes. The integrated overground-underground inundation model simulates the tsunami floods not only on the ground but also into the sewer. The detail analysis indicates not a few pipes were filled by tsunami inundation and water level in manhole became high.
